Responsibilities
Oversee food preparation processes to maintain quality and consistency in dishes.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.

Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation throughout the kitchen.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Line Chef within a busy kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary arts, and food safety standards.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
