Sales Executive
Location: Office-Based Worcester
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm (flexibility to work 8:30am – 4:30pm if required)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and organised Sales Executive / Administrator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1 year’s sales administration or sales support experience who enjoys building customer relationships, supporting business growth, and working in a fast-paced office environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting sales activities, managing customer enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to promote company products and services.
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Manage customer enquiries and provide timely and professional solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records within the CRM system.
- Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to overall company objectives.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and management.
- Manage customer records, databases, and filing systems.
- Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and customer correspondence.
- Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and general office administration as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a sales administration, sales support, or customer-facing sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven approach.
- Professional and customer-focused attitude.
