Position Overview
To oversee the successful delivery of Supported Internships across London & SE. The role involves managing the Supported Internship and In Work mentoring team, ensuring high performance against KPIs and quality of services delivered to young people. This part‑time position is 18.75 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Supported Internship and In Work mentoring team.
- Deliver the role of Supported Internship tutor or job coach when required.
- Support the wider development of the Shaw Trust Group supported internships across the UK, including remote delivery.
- Ensure high performance against KPIs and quality standards.
- Support the Supported Internship London Management team.
