At Aston Martin, we are synonymous with uncompromising standards, exceptional performance and integrity. We are seeking a Corporate Compliance Manager to develop, embed and oversee our compliance framework, ensuring adherence to all legal, regulatory and ethical requirements.
This is a highly visible role, providing trusted advice to the business while shaping a culture of accountability and integrity. You will operate with autonomy, applying sound judgement to balance risk and commercial priorities across a complex, fast-paced organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and continuously enhance the Company’s compliance framework across ABC, AML, sanctions, competition law, modern slavery and fraud prevention
- Own and embed compliance policies, ensuring they remain effective, relevant and aligned to regulatory expectations
- Lead and challenge risk assessments, ensuring mitigations are robust and consistently applied
- Set the direction for compliance advice and training across the organisation
- Oversee governance of gifts, hospitality and conflicts of interest
- Ensure the effectiveness of the Code of Conduct and whistleblowing arrangements, including oversight of investigations where required
- Deliver clear reporting to senior leadership and act as a key point of contact for regulatory engagement
About You
You are an experienced compliance professional with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks within a UK‑listed or multinational environment. Professionally qualified (e.g. ICA, CCEP or legal), you are able to interpret complex requirements and translate them into practical, business‑focused guidance.
With excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you are confident working independently while influencing at all levels of the organisation.
