Responsibilities
- End-to-End Operations & KPIs: Oversee the daily operations of TikTok Shop UK FBT (warehousing & last-mile), establishing and monitoring core KPIs (e.g., dispatch rate, inventory accuracy, CPO) to optimize fulfillment performance.
- SOPs & Process Improvement: Drive the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all warehouses and establish health monitoring mechanisms to ensure continuous process optimization.
- Mega Campaign Execution: Collaborate with Commercial and S&OP teams to design and execute capacity, manpower, and operational assurance plans for major promotional events (e.g., Black Friday, Summer Sale).
- Project Management (PMO): Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex FBT projects (e.g., new warehouse launches, system rollouts) by managing milestones, WBS, resources, and post‑project reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with cross-functional stakeholders—including Product/Tech, Logistics, Merchant Operations, and Service Providers—to ensure transparent and high-quality project execution.
- Exception & Risk Management: Monitor fulfillment anomalies, establish SLAs for issue escalation, develop contingency plans for systemic risks, and drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with the QC team.
- Data-Driven & System Optimization: Build data dashboards to visualize metrics, propose WMS/OMS system enhancements, and leverage data to drive strategic decisions on network and inventory planning.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business-related fields.
- 2.5+ years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehousing/delivery, or supply chain. Experience with TikTok Shop, Amazon FBA, or cross‑border e‑commerce is highly preferred.
- Strong operational control capabilities combined with excellent project management skills (PMO mindset).
- Familiar with EU and UK e‑commerce warehouse operations (Inbound/Inventory/Outbound) and last‑mile delivery networks (e.g., DPD, GLS, local LSPs).
- Highly data‑sensitive and proficient in Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working closely with logistics operations, merchant management, and customer service teams in Europe.
- Familiarity with European logistics regulations, including dangerous goods handling and compliance management.
