Based at: JT Hughes Shrewsbury, 5 Battlefield Road, Shrewsbury, SY1 4AB
Reports to: Aftersales Manager
Job Purpose: To support the Aftersales Team (Service/Warranty)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 08:00–17:30 (60 min lunch break). Saturdays 08:30–12:30 on a rota basis, payable at Base Hourly Rate.
Salary: £28,585.45 per annum plus bonus opportunity (depending on experience).
Key Responsibilities
- Deal with customers both in person and over the telephone, recording customer requirements in a professional manner.
- Book vehicles into the workshop.
- Arrange service loan vehicles.
- Produce customer invoices.
Required Skills
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication, both telephone and face‑to‑face.
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Team player, enthusiastic and confident, willing to seek help when needed.
- Desire to learn and develop skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
