  • Basic salary of £47,000 with an OTE of £62,000

The Role

As Service Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance of the service department, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, strong financial results, and high operational standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering customer satisfaction levels above the manufacturer national average
  • Ensuring robust processes and controls are in place across the service operation
  • Managing departmental costs in line with business plans while maintaining quality and service standards
  • Ensuring full compliance with manufacturer and Group standards
  • Creating and maintaining a safe, professional working environment
  • Monitoring, developing and motivating colleague performance to maximise results

About You

You will be an experienced Service Manager (or in a closely aligned senior service leadership role) with a proven track record of improving performance, profitability and efficiency. Strong leadership and people management skills are essential, alongside the ability to engage, motivate and develop high‑performing teams.

You will be commercially astute, customer‑focused and an effective communicator, with the drive and credibility to lead a department and contribute positively to the wider business.
