Showroom Manager – Hockley, Birmingham

Joining our family as a Showroom Manager you’ll be responsible for profitability and maximisation within the showroom, co‑ordinating sales and purchasing and handling managerial problems across the full spectrum of management disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Develop business interests by interacting with customers and representatives of associated industries.
- Maintain and enhance showroom profitability by reviewing costs and modifying stock.
- Encourage superb service and ensure safety is a priority.
- Lead and develop a team, working independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Previous experience in showroom management or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
- Full UK Driver’s licence – required for travel around the business.
