They went deep into London insurance and own it – 68 clients, roughly a third of the market. The hedge fund, AI and research arm is where the growth is and where this hire sits.
The client base includes a fund with 16 portfolio companies – AI startups, F1 operations, PE-backed businesses. They run all contract work for them exclusively. Their sister business has a 200-hire mandate being scoped right now. Director to IC Engineering roles. 50/50 UK and US, skewing more US at leadership level.
This desk doesn’t need more clients. It needs someone who can execute at the level the roles demand.
What you’re walking into:
- 52 live roles, fully warmed client base, no cold BD
- Monthly commission, zero threshold – 10% to £10k, 20% to £20k, 30% above, hits 40% if you reach annual target
