Responsibilities
- As a Team Manager, influence, motivate and guide a team while driving the shop forward. Contribute to the overall performance of the brand through excellent shop keeping and line management.
- Be a proactive role model for delivering superb customer service, oversee the shop floor, and ensure customers have the best possible experience.
- Manage the day-to-day operation to optimise sales, profitability, customer satisfaction and minimise wastage, while promoting a culture of continuous learning and unlocking Partner potential.
- Lead and develop the team, driving a culture of high standards and excellent service.
