Showroom Manager – Belfast Land Rover
Hours: 44 hours per week, rota basis, No Sundays
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 plus bonus opportunity OTE up to £55,000

A rare opportunity has arrived to be part of something genuinely exciting. Charles Hurst is expanding its successful Land Rover operation – and we’re looking for a Showroom Manager who’s ready to help drive performance, elevate customer experience, and shape the next chapter of our Land Rover site.
This is more than a traditional showroom management position. You’ll be at the heart of a growing retail operation, helping to refine processes, support the sales team, and set the standard for what Land Rover represents within Charles Hurst.
Responsibilities
- Maximising finance and insurance performance across the Usedirect Dundonald operation
- Supporting the sales team with coaching, development, and deal‑structuring
- Ensuring full FCA compliance and a best‑in‑class customer experience
- Working closely with management to strengthen the site’s commercial footprint
- Bringing energy, ideas, and leadership to a high‑performing team
