Insurance New Business Developer

Location

London / Home Based (hybrid working)

Salary & Benefits

Base salary: £50,000-£60,000.

Commission: up to 40% of all new business in year one, with an uncapped bonus scheme.

OTE can reach well into six figures for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop a book of insurance business using a mix of warm leads and self‑generation.
• Network and proactively seek new opportunities within the specialist areas of General Insurance, Commercial Insurance, PMI, and Employee Benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service and maximizing revenue for the department.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven track record in new business development in insurance.
• Good technical knowledge of specialist insurance products.
• Experience or aspiration to study towards CII qualifications.
• Strong sales ability and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, independent brokerage environment.
