Job Title: Project Manager, Program Management

What You’ll be Doing:

• Develop detailed project plans and schedules, including process activities.
• Manage the execution of project tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication among all collaborators, including team members, executives, and external partners.
• Regularly update project team members on project progress and address concerns.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders by aligning project initiatives with business priorities.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure project success.
• Identify process and ways of working gaps; document problem statements and work cross-functionally to recommend and implement solutions.
• Conduct data analysis to forecast project performance and identify trends.
• Prepare and deliver high-level presentations and process documentation to stakeholders, project team members, and executive partners.
• Track project performance against critical metrics and generate regular progress reports.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage opportunities for process optimization.
• Proactively identify and leverage opportunities for process improvement and change management needs.

The Skills You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Previous years experience in project management of medium – large, complex projects.
• Proven capability to lead and deliver outcomes on large, global, multifaceted projects.
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools and delivery techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or a comparable project management certification
• Experience in the technology or consumer electronics sector.
• Experience/knowledge of supply chain, operations, and logistics projects.
• Experience/knowledge of Target Operating Model design.
