Play a key role in the expansion of this firm’s Insurance & Risk team
Associate / Senior Associate – Insurance, Risk & Regulatory-London or Northampton with hybrid working
Client

Role
- Review and draft policy wordings with a focus on property damage
- Advise on complex coverage issues/disputes
- Manage claims litigation including subrogated recoveries and Commercial Court/Technology & Construction Court matters
- Play an active role in business development
You
- 5+ years PQE with strong background in insurance/re-insurance law
- Candidates from private practice or in-house within insurance market both considered
- Able to manage complex, high value matters with minimal supervision
- Ambitious and driven
