Scottish Housing News is seeking an Asset Co-ordinator to join the Asset and Maintenance Team. This full-time position involves delivering planned renewal and cyclical maintenance projects in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will support the asset management strategy and engage with tenants and the local community, ensuring the enhancement of the stock portfolio.

Flexibility in working hours is offered, and TOIL may be available for tasks outside standard office hours.
