Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retail sales Manager to take ownership of a newly created Area with real scope to shape how it evolves. If you thrive in a consultative sales, premium retail environment and have a passion for developing high‑performing sales teams, this is a chance to make a significant impact.
This is a field‑based role covering 6 showsites across Berkshire, Surrey, Kent & East Sussex, leading a team of 16 Sales Consultants. You’ll ensure exceptional standards of presentation, customer experience, and commercial performance across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate Sales Consultants to build an outstanding, high‑performing team
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring our values of quality, service, and expertise are consistently delivered
- Maintain exceptional standards of display, merchandising, and customer experience across all show sites
- Use commercial reports to analyse performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement
- Deliver inspiring, informative training sessions to support product knowledge and sales excellence
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the wider business to support shared goals
Skills & Experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams
- Excellent organisational ability, with confidence in planning, prioritising, and delegating
- A natural communicator, perceptive, considerate, and able to build strong relationships
- Enthusiastic and eager to become an expert in our full product range
- Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting numerical data and performance reports
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
