Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex logistics projects across Europe, the US, and Asia. This permanent, full‑time, daytime role offers a salary of £55,000‑£60,000 per annum plus a car allowance, and follows a hybrid work model of three days in the office and two days remote.
Responsibilities
- Drive successful end‑to‑end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Lead the full project lifecycle: define scope and objectives, develop structured plans, and create execution roadmaps.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating progress, risks, and business impact.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Track project performance, including KPIs, milestones, costs, risks, and issues.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while managing dependencies.
- Maintain clear, consistent reporting and governance processes.
- Support business change activities such as communication, testing, and operational readiness.
- Ensure deliverables meet operational requirements and agreed business needs.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and enhancing project processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years project management experience within a client‑facing logistics or 3PL environment.
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder projects at scale.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), planning, and risk management.
- Experience leading and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including senior‑level engagement.
- Strong analytical ability to translate project data into clear business insights and impact.
- Professional certification (PMP or PRINCE2) with Agile / Scrum experience.
- Proficiency in project and data tools (Jira, Confluence, Power BI).
- Continuous improvement and change mindset (Lean Six Sigma or Change Management desirable).
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field (desirable).
- Additional language skills beyond English are an advantage.
