Lead Project QS – SHF Retrofit & Decarbonisation

WATES is seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor for a flagship SHF decarbonisation and retrofit scheme in Oldham. The successful candidate will manage a team of QS’s and ensure compliance with all project obligations.

This role involves site visits across the North West of England, with a mix of office and home working. Applicants should have a strong financial acumen and at least 3 years of experience in similar environments. A Basic Disclosure and Barring Service Check will be required.
