Choice is seeking to recruit a Cleaning & Security Manager. You will manage the annual £3 million budget for Cleaning & Security covering multiple schemes across Northern Ireland. You’ll combine hands‑on inspections / quality monitoring with data‑driven contract management to create clean, safe, compliant and welcoming spaces for 14,000 tenants. Reporting to the Head of Facilities Management, you’ll be our go‑to expert on all things cleaning & security — shaping strategy, and developing an attractive, well maintained and safe environment for our residents every day. This role is a blend of maintaining high standards of service, contract management, stakeholder engagement and strategic planning.
