Job Description

As a Personal Injury Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive With Litigation Rights your duties will include:

Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from inception to resolution.

Provide expert advice to clients.

Prepare and draft documents, ensuring accuracy

Negotiate settlements and represent clients in litigation where necessary.

Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth handling of claims
