We’re working with a high-growth, PE-backed recruitment business expanding its Newcastle division and looking to appoint an experienced Associate Director to play a key role in that journey. This is a genuine leadership opportunity for someone who wants to step into a position with real influence, autonomy, and long-term progression. The Role Lead and grow a specialist division focused on Cyber, Network & Infrastructure Build, develop and manage a high-performing team Take ownership of P&L and drive revenue growth Work with a portfolio of global clients across multiple international markets Play a key role in shaping strategy and scaling the Newcastle office What We’re Looking For Proven experience within tech recruitment (ideally Cyber / Network / Infrastructure) Strong billing history and commercial mindset Leadership or team management experience (or ready to step up) Ambition to build something and take ownership of a business unit What’s On Offer Commission up to 30% team override Clear pathway to senior leadership Backing of a PE-funded growth business Access to established global clients and live opportunities A platform to genuinely build your own team and brand If you’re currently a Senior Consultant / Principal looking for your first leadership role, or an established leader wanting more autonomy and upside, this is well worth a conversation.
