Luxury Ski Sales Consultant job in Bristol within the luxury ski travel sector, offering a competitive basic salary DOE plus commission. They specialise in carefully curated chalets, residences and selected hotel partners across the Alps, creating memorable ski experiences for guests who value quality, knowledge and attention to detail above all else.

They are now seeking a Luxury Ski Sales Consultant to join their Bristol team — someone who will take ownership of client relationships from first enquiry through to booking.

▌ The Role

In this role, you will manage the full sales journey for new and existing clients, helping guests find and book extraordinary ski holidays from a carefully curated collection of luxury chalets, residences and hotel partners.

– Manage enquiries from new and existing clients, building trust and understanding their needs

– Sell luxury chalets, residences and selected hotel partners across the Alps

– Prepare tailored holiday proposals matched to each client’s requirements

– Follow up enquiries and convert bookings, managing your pipeline effectively

– Generate repeat business and referrals through outstanding relationship management

– Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your pipeline with discipline

– Represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities and client events

– Travel to chalet locations and meet hotel partners across the Alps to build first-hand product knowledge

▌ Experience Required

– At least one winter season with a high-end ski operator, or equivalent luxury travel experience

– Background in luxury travel, or another premium customer-facing sales environment

– Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a polished personal presentation

– A genuine love of skiing, travel and delivering exceptional guest experiences

– Self-starting attitude with the ambition and hunger to build a career in sales

– Commercially motivated — energised by a commission structure that rewards performance

– Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client conversations simultaneously
