The Role:
As an Account Executive, you’ll own the complete sales cycle from qualified opportunity through to signed contract.
Working with HR, Learning & Development and People leaders within mid-market organisations, you’ll conduct discovery meetings, deliver online demonstrations, present commercial proposals and negotiate agreements.
Once a customer signs, implementation is handed over to the delivery team, allowing you to stay focused on generating new revenue.

What We’re Looking For:
You’ll already have a successful background in SaaS sales and be comfortable owning a consultative sales cycle.
You’ll be someone who:
- Has experience selling SaaS/software solutions
- Enjoys closing business
- Conducts thorough discovery and qualification
- Thinks strategically about moving opportunities forward
- Is confident handling objections and negotiating commercial agreements
- Takes ownership of results and consistently delivers against targets
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience selling into HR, Learning & Development or People teams would be advantageous, but it’s certainly not essential.
