We’re looking for an experienced and driven Studio Sales Representative to help grow our client base and generate new business.
This is a relationship-led sales role for someone who understands the creative industry and enjoys building meaningful connections. We’re looking for a confident self-starter who can identify opportunities, open doors, develop client relationships and convert them into long-term bookings.
You’ll have the freedom to manage your own approach, develop your own pipeline and represent Jet across the industry. Whether that’s arranging client meetings, attending networking events, visiting agencies, taking prospective clients for lunch or leveraging existing industry contacts, you’ll play a key role in driving the growth of the business.
The role offers a base salary alongside an uncapped commission structure, giving you the opportunity to directly benefit from the business you generate.

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in sales, business development or client partnerships
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and how they can be used for networking, prospecting and business development
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Instagram and other digital channels to identify opportunities and build relationships
- Existing contacts within the creative, fashion, advertising, production, events or marketing industries would be highly advantageous
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong organisational skills and commercial awareness
- A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for building relationships
- Someone who enjoys meeting people, creating opportunities and driving results
What you’ll be doing:
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Building relationships with brands, agencies, production companies and event organisers
- Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Leveraging social media platforms, industry networks and online communities to identify prospects and generate new business
- Arranging and attending client meetings across London
- Presenting Jet to prospective clients and hosting studio tours
- Following up leads and converting opportunities into confirmed bookings
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Working closely with the studio team to deliver an excellent client experience
