Commercial / Technology Lawyer | 3–6 PQE | Newcastle

A broad, commercially focused role to become the first dedicated legal hire within a fast-scaling data and technology platform.

We’re looking for a high-calibre commercial lawyer with technology, data or transferable transactional experience, strong academics and an appetite to work at the cutting edge of AI and quantitative investment.

Working closely with highly technical teams across data engineering, analytics, AI and economic research, you’ll advise on:

• Technology and data procurement

• AI tools and vendor agreements

• Data licensing and commercial contracts

• Broader technology-led legal matters
