You’ll be working directly with 8- and 9-figure brands, managing paid campaigns (especially on Meta), and collaborating with top-tier creatives, analysts, and marketers. You’ll lead strategy, mentor teammates, and play a key role in shaping our clients’ growth.

What You’ll Do
- Research & Strategise – Dive deep into new client profiles, market data, and customer behaviour to develop tailored growth strategies.
- Campaign Management – Launch and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other platform ads that deliver real business results.
- Performance Analysis – Use data to iterate, improve, and innovate. Spot what’s working and scale it.
- Client Communication – Keep clients in the loop with clear reporting and performance insights.
- Lead & Collaborate – Work with creative and media buying teams to turn strategy into results.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork – Sync with creative strategists, editors, and copywriters to bring high-performing ideas to life.
