A well-regarded West Midlands firm is looking to appoint a Head of Care to join their established Family Care team. This is a friendly, close-knit practice with a small but experienced team, where the culture is supportive, down-to-earth and collaborative.

They are looking for someone who can bring:

• Panel accreditation
• Strong Care Law experience
• Proven supervisory experience, with a hands-on approach to leading and supporting a small fee earning team
• A calm, practical and adaptable style, someone who can take ownership of their workload and work well within a steady, established environment
