People Administrator

London – Oxford Circus

£30,000 – £35,000

Full-time 4-5 days in office

Looking to kickstart your career in People & Talent within a high-growth environment? This could be your moment.

Backed by private equity and already the UK’s largest non-PBSA student accommodation provider, the business has grown to 5,000+ tenants across 25 cities… and they are just getting started. With plans to double the portfolio to £1bn, this is a chance to join a business where things move quickly and your impact is visible from day one.

The role

You’ll be at the heart of the People function – owning key processes, supporting a fast-moving business, and helping shape the employee experience from day one.

You’ll be trusted to:

  • Be the first point of contact for all HR queries – setting the tone for a great employee experience
  • Run end-to-end recruitment coordination (and get close to hiring decisions)
  • Own onboarding and offboarding – making sure every joiner and leaver has a seamless journey
  • Support the hiring and management of 400+ Student Brand Managers annually
  • Keep HR data, reporting and compliance sharp and up to date
  • Get involved in projects across engagement, policy and People initiatives

What you’ll bring

  • 6–12 months experience in HR or recruitment
  • Someone who’s organised, proactive, and naturally on top of the detail
  • Strong communicator who builds relationships easily
  • Comfortable working at pace – and enjoys it
  • A positive, “I’ll figure it out” mindset

Why this role?

This is ideal for someone early in their People career who wants:

  • Real ownership (not just admin tasks)
  • Exposure to the full employee lifecycle
  • A fast-growth environment where you’ll learn quickly
  • A clear pathway into a broader HR/People role

If you’re looking for a role where you can genuinely grow, this is a brilliant place to start. Please apply now!
