Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Commissioning Manager and an M&E Supervisor to join a prestigious £100m super prime residential refurbishment project located in Surrey.
These are unique opportunities to work on a long term, high profile project, incorporating structural enhancements and ultra high spec interior finishes.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Extensive experience delivering prime residential projects, either with a main contractor or a specialist M&E subcontractor.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
