Customer Service Administrator | 6-Month FTC

Kent (Hybrid Working)

£25,000 – £30,000

6-Month Fixed-Term Contract

This is an ideal role for someone with customer service, logistics, supply chain, or order management experience who enjoys working cross-functionally, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring the highest levels of service are maintained.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, resolving queries, shortages, returns, and distribution issues.
  • Build strong relationships with internal commercial teams, logistics providers, and external customers.
  • Support invoicing, claims management, stock movements, and SAP administration activities.
  • Maintain accurate data across customer portals, internal systems, and reporting platforms.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience within customer service, supply chain, logistics, order management, or a related function.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience using SAP ERP is Essential
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong attention to detail.
