You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while providing technical support, processing orders, and building strong relationships with customers.
The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every enquiry is handled efficiently and professionally. Working closely with internal departments, you’ll help resolve customer queries quickly while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and webchat.
- Process customer sales orders accurately.
- Provide technical advice and product guidance.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services where appropriate.
- Promote current offers and campaigns to customers.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer queries promptly, aiming for same-day resolution.
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service.
- Support the wider team with any additional duties as required.
