The procurement team is on an exciting journey, with a strong focus on delivering commercial value, driving strategic sourcing initiatives, and partnering closely with stakeholders across the business. The Role
Reporting into the Procurement Manager, you’ll support and lead end-to-end sourcing activities across a range of indirect and/or direct categories, working with stakeholders to deliver value, manage supplier relationships, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead sourcing and tender activities from strategy through to contract award.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Support contract negotiations to deliver commercial value and mitigate risk.
- Identify cost-saving and value creation opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with suppliers to drive performance and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to procurement best practice and ongoing process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years procurement experience.
- Experience managing end-to-end sourcing activities (essential).
- Category experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercial mindset with good negotiation skills.
- A proactive attitude and genuine willingness to learn and develop.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
