We’re recruiting for a Land Disposals professional to join a well-established organisation with a diverse portfolio across the UK.
This is a unique opportunity to become part of an exciting new business line, where you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, managing and delivering land disposal opportunities from initial appraisal through to completion. Working closely with internal stakeholders & external advisors, you’ll help shape the success of this growing function, making a genuine impact on the future direction of the business.
This role offers far more than a traditional land disposals position. As one of the early members of this new business line within a well-established entity, you’ll be instrumental in originating and driving its success, placing you in an excellent position to progress into a senior role as the business continues to grow.
