This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding national Independent Financial Advice firm supporting a team of advisers and administrators in delivering high-quality financial planning and outstanding client service. The business is continuing to grow and is investing in its support function to ensure strong operational delivery and regulatory excellence.
You’ll work closely with advisers and internal teams, supporting the end-to-end client process from new business submission through to ongoing servicing. The firm uses established systems including Intelligent Office and SharePoint to manage workflows, maintain accurate records, and ensure efficient case progression.

The Role:
-Managing diaries and coordinating client review
meetings-Preparing advice packs, application forms and supporting documentation
-Submitting requests for information to financial providers
-Processing policy amendments, adjustments and new business applications
-Maintaining accurate client records across Intelligent Office and SharePoint
– Completing AML (anti–money laundering) checks
-Creating and maintaining workflow/event lists
-Supporting the smooth progression of client cases from start to completion
The Person:
-Basic understanding of financial services regulation and compliance
-Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
-High attention to detail and accuracy
-Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
-Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
-Proactive, dependable and keen to develop within the industry-Client-focused mindset with a professional approach
