Reporting into the Business Support Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations by providing administrative support, managing customer enquiries, and assisting with claims processing. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support across the business.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, delivering a high level of customer service.
- Process and manage claims accurately, ensuring all documentation is completed and recorded.
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure claims and customer queries are resolved efficiently.
- Support with data entry, document management and filing.
- Assist with reporting and general office administration.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures and service level agreements.
- Support the wider team with ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience within an Administration, Business Support, Customer Service or Office Support role.
- Confident and professional telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Positive, proactive approach with a willingness to learn.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience within claims administration would be advantageous but is not essential.
