Role Description The Business Development Representative – Leadership Learning (Remote) will focus on identifying and engaging prospective clients for Elan Solution’s leadership and personal development offerings. In this remote role, responsibilities include researching target markets, qualifying leads, and conducting inside sales outreach via email, phone, and digital channels. The person in this role will present learning solutions, schedule and conduct discovery calls, and collaborate with senior consultants to tailor proposals that align with client needs. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, tracking outreach and conversion metrics, and providing feedback to refine messaging and campaigns. The role also involves nurturing long-term relationships with clients, supporting online events and webinars, and contributing insights to improve the overall business development strategy.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to research prospects and build a qualified pipeline.
  • Strong Communication and Sales skills, including confident presentation, active listening, and relationship building across digital and phone channels.
  • Proven Business Development capabilities, such as identifying opportunities, supporting proposal development, and contributing to growth strategies.
  • Comfort working in a remote environment, with reliable internet access, effective time management, and self-directed work habits.
  • Interest in leadership learning, personal development, and mindset-based approaches to change; experience in consulting, training, or education is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales tools; ability to analyze outreach data and improve tactics over time.
  • Relevant education or equivalent experience in business, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
