We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling healthcare technology business that is transforming access to healthcare services through a technology-enabled operating model.
Following a period of exceptional growth, the business is entering its next phase of scale and is seeking an experienced operational leader to take ownership of a complex, highly regulated operation and build the infrastructure, leadership capability and operational excellence required for continued expansion.
This is a pivotal appointment for the organisation, offering the opportunity to shape strategy, lead large-scale operations and directly influence the next stage of growth.
The Opportunity
Reporting into the Executive Leadership Team, you will assume full responsibility for a large operational site, leading a multidisciplinary team of over 150 colleagues across operations, fulfilment, customer experience and support functions.
This is not a business-as-usual leadership role.
The successful individual will inherit a fast-growing operation and will be expected to introduce greater structure, scalability and operational maturity whilst maintaining the agility and entrepreneurial culture that has driven the company’s success to date.
Key areas of focus include:
- Leading and developing a high-performing leadership team
- Scaling operational capability to support significant growth plans
- Driving productivity, efficiency and service improvements
- Enhancing operational processes, systems and workflows
- Delivering change and transformation initiatives
- Creating a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement
- Ensuring operational excellence within a highly regulated environment
- Working closely with executive stakeholders to shape long-term strategy
About You
We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded operational leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
You will have a track record of scaling teams, building operational capability and leading organisations through periods of significant change and growth.
We’re particularly interested in individuals who have experience within:
- High-growth healthcare businesses
- Health-tech or digital health organisations
- Venture-backed or private equity-backed businesses
- Regulated service environments
- Complex operational businesses undergoing rapid scale
You’ll be comfortable operating in an environment where processes are still evolving, priorities move quickly and leadership teams are building for the future rather than maintaining the status quo.

Within your first 12-18 months you will have:

Package
- £130,000 – £140,000 Base Salary
- Performance Bonus – up to 40%
