We’re looking for a Customer Service Sales Leader to take ownership of a newly created role, helping shape the future of the aftermarket service business across Western Europe. This isn’t a traditional sales management position. It’s an opportunity to build processes, develop a growing team, influence commercial strategy and create long-term customer value as the European installed base continues to expand rapidly.
The Opportunity
Working across Western Europe, you’ll lead the development of the customer service sales function, focusing on:
- Service contract renewals
- Warranty conversions
- Equipment upgrades
- Installed base growth
- Revenue forecasting
- Customer lifecycle management
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and developing a small Customer Service Sales team.
- Building a robust pipeline of service contract opportunities.
- Working closely with Service, Sales and Business Partner teams across Europe.
- Driving customer retention and recurring revenue.
- Supporting forecasting and commercial planning.
- Helping develop distributor capabilities across multiple European markets.
- Creating processes that will support the next phase of business growth.
