Personal Injury Solicitor – 9-Month FTC

Dorking, Surrey | Office-Based | DOE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join a highly regarded claimant practice on a 9-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, collaborative litigation team handling a high-quality and varied caseload. You’ll have autonomy over your own files while benefiting from the support of experienced colleagues in a firm known for delivering exceptional client service.

The Role

  • Manage a varied caseload of Road Traffic Accident, Employers’ Liability, Occupiers’ Liability, Public Liability, and other personal injury claims.
  • Handle files from pre-action through to settlement or trial.
  • Develop and execute effective litigation strategies.
  • Prioritise workloads efficiently while maintaining excellent client care.
  • Work as part of a supportive and experienced team committed to achieving the best outcomes for clients.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor or Barrister.
  • Strong experience in personal injury litigation.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation and case management skills.
  • Confident managing a busy caseload and working to deadlines.
  • Approximately 2+ years’ PQE is desirable.
  • Claimant personal injury experience would be advantageous.
