Our client is looking for a Project Manager to manage the planning and delivery of a major organisational change programme across a public sector environment. You will work with the Programme Manager, senior stakeholders and workstream leads to shape requirements, build plans and support delivery through to a current target date of April 2027. This role is focused on early-stage planning, stakeholder engagement and people-led change across a regional public service model.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning across workstreams, milestones, risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate workshops with internal teams and external peer organisations.
- Capture requirements, decisions and lessons learned from discovery activity.
- Build clear project plans that support programme governance and delivery.
- Manage RAID logs, actions, reporting and progress updates for the Programme Manager.
- Work with stakeholders to understand the operational and people impact of proposed changes.
- Track decisions, assumptions and dependencies as the future model becomes clearer.
- Support delivery of organisational change once planning moves into implementation.
- Maintain clear documentation so senior stakeholders can make informed decisions.
