What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll be responsible for planned preventative maintenance, reactive breakdown support, and mechanical fault-finding across a range of production and manufacturing equipment.
- You’ll play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement activities across site.
- Working closely with production and engineering teams, you’ll help resolve mechanical issues quickly and effectively to keep operations running efficiently.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience in mechanical maintenance or mechanical engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills on industrial machinery
- Good understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Ability to respond effectively to breakdown situations and work under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
