About the Role
Reporting to the Commercial Development Manager, the role holder is responsible for supporting MFS(UKs) commercial expansion projects, helping drive the overall diversification pillar as part of our Sustainable Growth strategy. In addition, to ensure all existing and new tools within the Mobilize eco-system are maximised and utilised, whilst adhering to MFS (UK) regulatory objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales and Marketing teams to capitalise on digital partnerships and 3rd party website integrations.
- Engage with new digital integrators and support the onboarding process via our Supplier management system, Gatekeeper.
- Actively involved with Commercial Development Manager (CDM), building business plans. Supporting from analysis, costing and consolidation perspective.
- Adherence to and routine updates of Policies & Procedures held within the Business Development department.
- Support with monitoring and measuring of performance and effectiveness of commercial offers and business plans, utilising the PDCA methodology.
- Upkeeping and enhancing our reporting suite utilising Excel and Power BI tools.
- Supporting the Business Development Managers (BDM) with ad hoc dealer enquiries and dealer originating requests.
- Help build presentations for a range of meetings and stakeholder audiences, including building slide packs and collating minutes and action plans.
- Working alongside and coordinating with the Legal and Compliance departments to support contractual negotiations with key 3rd party suppliers and partners.
- Support any ad-hoc requests relating to the department.
- Role is office based (hybrid).
About You
- Studying a Business Management and/or Economics course
- Excellent verbal & written skills
- Experience utilising data reporting tools, including but not limited, to Excel and Power BI
- Strong Microsoft Office skillset
- Interest in motor and finance industry
- Passion for identifying growth opportunities
