Role Overview

A specialist healthcare insights consultancy is hiring a Research Director to lead complex, multi‑market pharma research programmes. This is a senior role with full ownership of client relationships, methodological leadership, and strategic storytelling.

The position is UK‑based and remote‑first, with optional hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quantitative & hybrid programmes across global pharma markets
• Own senior client relationships and ensure strategic alignment
• Develop proposals & methodological frameworks
• Oversee analysis, insight generation & storytelling
• Present findings to senior stakeholders
• Mentor junior & mid‑level researchers
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership
• Ensure operational excellence across project workflows

Required Experience

• Significant pharma/healthcare MR experience (agency or consultancy)
• Strong quantitative expertise — segmentation, conjoint, advanced analytics
• Experience leading multi‑market/global studies
• Proven client account growth
• Leadership & coaching capability
• Excellent communication & storytelling
• Must be UK‑based with full UK work entitlement
