Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Birmingham, United Kingdom. The PGA (or highly experienced) Fitter Builder will perform club fittings to assess golfers’ individual needs, assemble custom-built golf clubs tailored to specifications, and provide expert advice on equipment selection. Regular tasks include conducting fittings using advanced fitting technology, completing same-day club assembly with precision, maintaining equipment quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction by offering a premium service experience. Collaboration with the sales team and maintaining accurate inventory are also key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in custom golf club fitting, including knowledge of golf swing mechanics and fitting technologies
- Experience in club assembly and repair, with attention to precision and quality
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to engage and assist clients effectively
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and the ability to maintain an organized workspace
- Problem-solving skills to address unique fitting challenges and customer needs
- Passion for golf and familiarity with a variety of brands and equipment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required
