Technically capable interior architect/architect to deliver exquisite home at world renowned design and development studio who’s portfolio has gained press attention for their elegant, high quality, bespoke interior architecture and design.
Position:
Opportunity for a senior interior architect/architect to join an architecture developer studio to oversee a unique and super high budget residential project that is currently on site. The scheme is the conversion of a listed town house in West London to redefine the space into a cohesive, simple but exceptionally elegant private home. Supported by an associate you will be visiting site regularly liaising with contractor and client, reporting on progress, monitoring design quality and compliance and producing construction drawings, technical information, joinery and specifications. There will also be opportunity to contribute to other luxury residential projects across the office at varying the stages.
Candidate:
· Qualified architect/interior architect with technical delivery and site experience
· A well curated portfolio defined by high quality, elegant, luxury residential work
· Experience producing and coordinating drawn technical information including GA’s, detailed joinery and fixings, interior elevations and sections, schedules and finishes
· Strong design sensibilities and technical rigour
· Excellent communication skills verbal, written as well as graphically with the ability to convey your own ideas and overcome challenges with conviction
· AutoCAD essential
