You will:

• Advise Board & Exec on governance, regulation, and risk
• Lead Board & Committee governance (FCA / SMCR)
• Support strategic change, M&A, and global governance

You will have:

• Significant FCA-regulated experience
• Proven Board-level advisory background
• Strong leadership & stakeholder influence
• CGI (or equivalent)
