Growth Director/ Head of Growth

Salary: DOE Bonus+ Equity

Location: London (3 days office-based, hybrid working)

Our Client is an ambitious consumer brand in the wellness, sport and performance category and entering an exciting new phase of growth. With proven market traction, a refreshed product portfolio, and a clear roadmap for scale, they are seeking a commercially minded growth leader to help shape the next chapter of the business.

The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to become the first dedicated growth hire within a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand.

  • Take full ownership of customer acquisition and growth strategy from day one.
  • Play a pivotal role in a major brand relaunch featuring new products, refreshed packaging, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Work directly with the founder in a high-autonomy environment where decisions are made quickly.
  • Receive meaningful equity participation with the potential to share in future business success.
  • Influence not only performance marketing but also brand positioning, messaging, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimise paid acquisition activity across key digital channels, with a strong focus on Meta.
  • Build, test, and improve Shopify landing pages to maximise conversion performance.
  • Develop and manage email and SMS automation programmes.
  • Drive creative testing and collaborate with external creative partners.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and implement improvements quickly.
  • Support additional channels including Google Ads, Amazon, and emerging acquisition opportunities.

Your Profile

  • Experience delivering growth within a DTC, consumer, or eCommerce environment.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in paid social and performance marketing.
  • Comfortable owning the full customer journey, from acquisition through to retention.
  • Commercially focused, with a strong understanding of CAC, LTV, and scalable growth models.
  • Naturally proactive, adaptable, and energised by fast-paced, entrepreneurial businesses.
  • Embraces AI and modern marketing technology to improve efficiency and performance.
