We’re searching for an exceptional Personal Assistant to support a successful music artist in this unique, varied role where no two days are the same. One day you could be coordinating international travel, the next organising a home project, managing schedules or supporting exciting events and experiences.
You’ll be trusted to:
- Manage busy diaries and ever-changing schedules
- Coordinate UK and international travel (and travel with your Exec)
- Organise appointments, reservations and day-to-day logistics
- Help oversee household operations and suppliers
- Support personal projects and special events
- Handle expenses and administration
- Anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise
- Provide hands-on support both at home and while travelling
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Experienced in the PA / Private PA or lifestyle management role
- Positive and proactive
- Highly organised and naturally calm under pressure
- Emotionally intelligent and people-focused
- Happy getting stuck in and turning their hand to anything
- Discreet, trustworthy and professional
- Tech confident and quick to learn
- Excited by variety and new experiences
- Experience in music or entertainment is a bonus but not essential
