Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable Customer Service Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain and update customer records and databases
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues where necessary
  • Liaise with internal departments such as sales & logistics to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and correspondence
  • Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding issues
  • Support the wider administrative team with general office duties
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
