First Choice are currently recruiting for a Team Secretary at Holywell Hospital. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a pay rate of £12.75 per hour. We can offer an immediate start for this role and its expected to last around 3 months.
This role will be providing administrative support through the Encompass system. Responsibilities include managing referrals, scheduling appointments, handling telephone and email enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting effective communication between patients, clinical teams, and external agencies. Applicants should have excellent communication and customer service skills, strong IT skills, and experience working in a busy administrative environment.
What We Need From You
- 4 GCSEs to include English Language
- 1 years administrative experience
- An ability to deal with private and sensitive information
- Previous experience with Encompass would be beneficial
